Job summary

Co-op is evolving its Digital Technology & Data (DT&D) function and seeks a Project and Delivery Tools Officer to optimise delivery tooling across the organisation. You will become the go-to expert for our tooling, supporting DT&D colleagues to use platforms effectively and confidently.

You’ll work with delivery teams to improve processes, data quality and guidance, enabling better reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering or improving project delivery tooling and portfolio management platforms.
• Good understanding of project, programme or portfolio delivery environments including Agile and product-led ways of working.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across teams and levels.
• Experience working with data, reporting or MI to support decision-making.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to turn opportunities into practical solutions.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work based on business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of our project delivery and portfolio management tooling (Planview/KeyedIn) and help shape future tooling.
• Act as the subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to colleagues across DT&D.
• Advise project, programme and delivery teams on the most effective use of delivery tooling to achieve objectives.
• Create and maintain training materials, guidance and onboarding resources for tooling.
• Collaborate with user groups to improve adoption, consistency and user experience.
• Measure value from tooling improvements, automation and process optimization using data insights.
