Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a proactive Delivery Station Supervisor in Romford to lead day-to-day depot operations, focusing on driver performance, customer service, and KPI delivery. You will supervise delivery drivers, review routes, coach the team, and ensure accurate parcel processing.

In this role you will champion safety, monitor dispatch and loading procedures, and collaborate with warehouse and management to maintain high service levels and compliance across the station.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of delivery drivers or similar.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong customer service mindset and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of safety policies and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of delivery drivers (3PL).
• Drive KPI performance: FTDS, On Time Pick Up, Complaints, PPR.
• Champion customer service excellence and quick issue resolution.
• Oversee dispatch, scanning, sorting, and load-out procedures.
• Promote health, safety and regulatory compliance daily.
