Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a delivery station supervisor to oversee daily package processing and dispatch at JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD. You will lead a team, manage training and scheduling, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor inbound/outbound flows, optimize performance on key metrics, and enforce safety and quality standards while coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within logistics or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of sorting, scanning, and dispatching processes.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with staff development ability.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive efficiency.
• Experience with WMS and related software; strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a delivery station and ensure timely processing and dispatch of packages.
• Lead a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff; manage training, performance, and scheduling.
• Monitor inbound/outbound flow, ensure accurate sorting, scanning, and loading.
• Track station performance against metrics like on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Resolve operational issues; implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
