Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD, leading a team to ensure timely processing and dispatch of packages while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will guide inbound/outbound flows, optimize performance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics/warehousing/delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes including sorting, scanning and dispatching.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and implement data-driven improvements.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed.
• Commitment to safety and quality with knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Driver's license is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/SCM/Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow with accurate sorting and loading.
• Monitor station performance against KPIs such as on-time delivery, handling efficiency, and safety.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain records of movement and equipment.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present performance reports with improvement proposals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery station environment.
