Job summary

JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive timely processing and dispatch of packages, and lead a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff at the Coventry site.

You will monitor inbound/outbound flows, ensure safety and quality, collaborate with internal teams, and report on performance. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in logistics or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of sorting, scanning, and dispatching processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve efficiency.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading.
• Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of movement and equipment.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
