Entanet International, Ltd. in Telford is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to oversee the provisioning and delivery of customer services. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate records and high-quality service throughout the lifecycle.

The role is office-based, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £27k and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Formación

• Experience in coordination, customer service, administration or service delivery.
• Experience handling multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of order management or service delivery processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of customer orders and meet deadlines.
• Act as key contact for customers with regular updates and expectations.
• Liaise with Sales, Service Delivery, Technical Support and Operations for smooth implementation.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to progress orders and minimise delays.
• Monitor order queues and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and keep data up to date.
• Support KPIs and SLAs related to order completion and lead times.
• Investigate and resolve order-related queries with clear communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and suggest improvements.
• Produce reports on order status and delivery performance.
