Confidential in Dartford is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join a busy service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and complaints, and coordinating deliveries and general enquiries.

This 40-hour-per-week role operates on a rotating shift pattern (8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm) across weekdays, with 2 weekends out of 3. Temporary then permanent, with a permanent salary of £33,000 and onsite perks such as free
