Job summary

Diligent, a leader in AI-powered governance, risk, and compliance SaaS, is hiring a Delivery Manager. You will partner with global customers to steer projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving improvements across the customer journey.

You’ll help expand adoption and support business development efforts while mentoring peers. The role offers a hybrid work model with onsite expectation at Diligent offices where applicable.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects for enterprise customers in a dynamic regulatory environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation across the customer journey.
• Manage projects and mobilize resources to minimize delays and overruns.
• Support sales on discovery, scoping, and SOW development.
• Develop adoption strategies for Diligent solutions with sales and CS.
• Coach and mentor team members on project management and enablement.
