Job summary

Diligent seeks a Delivery Consultant to partner with clients to improve governance, risk and compliance using the Diligent One platform. You’ll run discovery sessions, design solutions, deliver training, and guide adoption for lasting value and strong user uptake.

Based in the Greater London area with a hybrid work model, you’ll collaborate with global teams to deliver services on time and to a high standard, helping customers achieve risk and compliance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of client-facing or consulting experience.
• Ability to engage customers in solution discussions on compliance, vendor management, information security and risk goals.
• Strong passion for Compliance, Vendor management, Information security or Risk management.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in a changing environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer requests and ensure a delightful customer experience.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of the services requested by customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Senior Managers and Managers to route new requests appropriately.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for customer requests.
• Provide technical guidance to leverage more value from the product with global implementation teams.

A Day in the Life

As a Delivery Consultant at Diligent, you'll partner with customers to improve their governance, risk, audit, and compliance processes through the Diligent One platform. You'll lead discovery sessions to understand client needs, design and configure solutions, deliver training, and guide customers through successful adoption. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll help create a seamless customer journey, ensuring solutions deliver lasting value, strong user adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your product and domain expertise to deliver the customer requests and create a delightful customer experience.
• Responsible for the timely and quality delivery of the services requested by customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Senior Managers and Managers to ensure any new service requests are handled appropriately or routed the request to the correct teams.
• Document and maintain the standard operating procedures for performing the customer specific request.
• Consult with the global implementation teams and customer success teams to provide technical guidance to the customer to leverage more value from the product.

Required Experience/Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role
• Ability to effectively engage customer personnel in solution discussions to resolve issues regarding compliance, vendor management, information security and/or risk management requirements and goals.
• Strong passion for Compliance, Vendor management, Information security and/or Risk management field.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment
• Experience in Microsoft Office especially using Microsoft Excel
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security or MIS) is a plus.

Preferred Experience/Skills

• Amazing communication skills
• Demonstrate effective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with GRC and/or analytics tool is a plus
• Experience in a platform-based product/solution is an added advantage.
