Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap, identifying market and customer needs and opportunities. You will engage directly with customers to gather insights, inform product vision, and communicate with internal stakeholders to align on strategic direction for multiple Diligent solutions.

In this cross-functional role, you will lead teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, delivering high-quality experiences

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 1-3 years domain and market knowledge
• Experience writing technical and functional requirements
• Experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational skills and cross-team coordination
• Experience integrating with multiple products desirable
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product strategy aligned to the company vision
• Own the product roadmap from ideation to launch
• Be the voice of the customer with insights for the product team
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and stakeholders
• Understand functional capabilities, user scenarios and business value
• Deliver high-quality user experiences on Mobile, Web, and Desktop
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Develop domain knowledge and apply problem solving to strategic issues
• Track product performance, engagement and outcomes
• Monitor market landscape to inform the roadmap
