Job summary

Amazon is seeking a results-oriented Grid Delivery Manager to lead large HV/MV grid interconnection projects across EMEA from London, Frankfurt, Madrid or Dublin. You will drive delivery, standardize processes and coordinate with design engineering, construction, planning, environmental and real estate teams to meet tight deadlines.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years delivering HV/MV infrastructure projects, excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills to report risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or similar technical focus.
• Experience dealing with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
• 5+ years of experience in building power substations working with Utilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale HV/MV grid interconnection projects within EMEA under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with design engineering, construction, planning, environmental and real estate teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide weekly reporting on key project risks & issues to senior management, directors and VP levels.
• Drive standardization of processes and development of tools for delivery executions.
