Job summary

IES Utilities Group is seeking a Distribution Electric Framework Manager to lead multi-year LV/HV distribution schemes, ensuring safety, schedule and margin. You will interface with major DNOs and oversee OHL and UG programmes across multiple sites.

The role requires deep experience in NEC3/NEC4 contracts, strong leadership, and a proven track record in UK power distribution projects, with a focus on delivering value and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of UK power distribution management experience (LV/HV up to 33kV).
• Proven track record delivering OHL and UG frameworks in utilities.
• Strong commercial awareness with NEC3/NEC4 contract mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end framework delivery from inception to closeout.
• Coordinate multi-site resource allocation and subcontractors.
• Ensure programme integration with DNO outage windows to maximise network availability.
• Manage third-party interfaces, including HAUC/NRSWA compliance and land access.
