Job summary

IES Utilities is seeking an Electrical Distribution Contract Manager to oversee delivery and commercial management of distribution network contracts across the UK. You will ensure safety, profitability and client satisfaction while managing LV and HV works up to 33kV for major DNOs.

The role requires strong leadership, NEC contract experience and a proactive approach to risk and stakeholder management within a growing energy services company.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK power distribution, utilities or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong background delivering LV and HV electrical infrastructure projects up to 33kV.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract forms and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple electrical distribution contracts and framework agreements.
• Provide strategic oversight across all project activities and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Lead operational teams to deliver works safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
