Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Delivery Manager within the Connected Crew & Optimised Flying Mission to own delivery maturity across one product group, coordinating product teams and adapting a Mission-level delivery system to fit group needs. The role drives idea-to-value flow and supports safety, efficiency, and sustainability in operations.

You will align with Product Managers, Tech Specialists and Engineers, manage impediments, and maintain a credible, integrated delivery plan.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery management in a live, complex tech environment.
• Experience sequencing delivery, test cadences and migration planning.
• Experience with third-party vendor delivery relationships.
• Comfort operating in safety-adjacent or operationally critical environments.
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments with clear context.
• Ability to track delivery maturity and report progress to stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management with Product Managers, Tech Specialists and Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the delivery plan for the product group, integrating internal, vendor and third-party workstreams.
• Track and report delivery maturity against the Mission baseline with an improvement plan.
• Introduce release discipline: sequencing, test cadence, parallel-run planning, go-live readiness.
• Manage day-to-day vendor delivery relationships and hold third parties to the plan and standards.
• Capture and resolve delivery impediments; escalate blockers with context and action.
• Act as the primary contact for delivery status, risks, and dependencies for the product group.
• Protect live operational windows and safety-adjacent constraints when planning releases.
• Maintain compliance with delivery standards and tooling conventions.
• Contribute data and insight to the Mission's flow metrics and reporting.
• Build relationships with Product Managers, Tech Specialists, Engineers, and regulatory stakeholders.
