easyJet is seeking a skilled UX & Service Designer to transform the crew experience within Airline Operations Technology. You will bridge complex software and human behavior, collaborating across SaaS platforms and bespoke elements to optimize real-time decisions for pilots and cabin crew.

You will conduct expert research, map journeys, configure product settings, and align design decisions with flight performance metrics in a hybrid work setup.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in UX, interaction and service design for expert users.
• Ability to design real-time, data-heavy products that are trustworthy.
• Skilled at configuring SaaS, devices, and data constraints.
• Advanced journey mapping, workflow design, and contextual research with SMEs.
• Strong communication for defending design decisions to senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the End-to-End Crew Experience: streamline decision-making for pilots and cabin crew on connected devices.
• Lead Journey Mapping & IA: map current/target workflows to reduce friction and fragmentation.
• Drive Product Configuration: translate workflows into SaaS settings with clear reasoning.
• Conduct Expert User Research: run contextual interviews, live observations, and usability tests.
• Link Design to Impact: tie design decisions to mission OKRs like OTP and fuel efficiency.
• Collaborate Globally: work with architects, data specialists, delivery leads, change teams and vendors.
