easyJet is seeking a high‑performing Product Manager to streamline flight operations for pilots by delivering safety‑first, connected decision and execution tools. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery while guiding a cross‑functional squad across engineering, design, data and delivery.

You will translate real‑world flight-deck pressures into prioritized backlogs, manage enterprise SaaS partnerships, and ensure compliance with aviation safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven background shipping technology products in complex, multi-stakeholder digital environments.
• Experience navigating vendor roadmaps and configuration choices for enterprise software.
• Strong grasp of agile ways of working and leading cross-functional teams.
• Confident using analytics to guide decisions, measure success (OKRs/KPIs).
• Excellent communicator able to build relationships and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the product-level vision, roadmap, and delivery for pilot decision and execution products.
• Lead a multidisciplinary squad across engineering, design, data, and delivery.
• Replace fragmented manual workarounds with intuitive, connected tools to reduce workload on the flight deck.
• Manage enterprise SaaS vendors, balancing out-of-the-box constraints with custom builds.
• Translate real-world flight-deck pressures into clear, prioritised backlogs.
• Ensure all development meets aviation safety, regulatory, and airworthiness standards.
