You will lead sprint rituals, manage dependencies, and ensure that commitments are realistic and visible while coordinating vendor activity and escalating risks early.

Qualifications

• You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a passion for lean, agile delivery.
• Proven tech delivery experience managing delivery or squads in complex tech ecosystems.
• Platform-as-a-Product mindset and prioritising reuse over rebuild.
• Dependency and vendor management with accountability for dates and quality.
• Operational guard-rails for transitioning technical changes into 24/7 live environments.
• Influential leadership without direct line-management authority.
• Clear communication, able to deliver difficult messages constructively.
• Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the sprint delivery system across multiple capability chapters.
• Protect the commitment between Platform and Mission Product Managers.
• Track and sequence high-dependency third-party vendor commitments.
• Coordinate safe deployment into a live 24/7 environment with readiness checks.
• Define and report on flow metrics to eliminate delivery blockages.
