easyJet is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Airline Operations Platform in a hybrid London/Luton setting. You will coordinate platform squads, manage sprint commitments, and surface risks early to keep operations predictable and safe.

The role requires strong collaboration with Mission Product Managers, Architects and Suppliers to deliver continuous improvement in a live operational environment. You will drive delivery cadence, ensure readiness for releases and maintain a single backlog across

Formación

• Proven delivery management experience in a complex technology environment.
• Strong understanding of Product and Platform ways of working, including platform-as-a-product thinking and reuse.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean delivery practice, including backlog management, sizing, sprint-based commitment models and release planning.
• Strong dependency, risk and issue management experience across products, suppliers and enterprise functions.
• Experience managing third‑party and vendor delivery commitments, including holding suppliers to dates and quality.
• Experience of release management and operational readiness, including transition into support in a live environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate platform squads against mission sprint commitments and maintain a single portfolio plan.
• Own the commitment record and surface changes early with reasons and options.
• Track vendor commitments and surface the vendor critical path.
• Manage risk, dependencies and issues across products, missions and suppliers.
• Ensure work entering a sprint is sized and dependencies are mapped.
• Coordinate release planning and ensure readiness criteria before go-live.
• Define and maintain delivery metrics for visibility into flow and health.
• Coach teams in modern delivery practice and product-led ways of working.
