Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Airline Operations Platform based in Luton with hybrid working. You will coordinate platform squads, manage sprint commitments, and ensure reliable delivery across missions in a live operational environment.

You will work closely with Mission Product Managers and Platform Leads to keep backlogs credible and changes well communicated. The role emphasizes sequencing, dependency management and early risk signaling, with a focus on predictable

• Proven delivery management experience in a complex technology environment.
• Strong understanding of Product and Platform ways of working and agile delivery.
• Experience managing third‑party and vendor delivery commitments, with governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate platform squads against mission sprint commitments.
• Own the commitment record and surface changes early.
• Coordinate vendor activity around the operational calendar.
• Define and report delivery metrics for visibility and health.
• Coach teams in modern delivery practice and product‑led working.
