easyJet is hiring a Delivery Manager for Connected Crew & Optimised Flying Mission in the UK. You will own the delivery maturity across product groups and drive the operating rhythm toward a true product-led way of working.

You’ll partner with Product Managers, Tech Specialists and Software Engineers to plan, sequence and release work, remove impediments, and manage risks and dependencies in a safety‑critical aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery management in a live, complex technical environment.
• Experience with release/migration planning across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage vendors and cross-team dependencies.
• Comfort operating in safety-adjacent or mission-critical contexts.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve impediments with data-driven context.
• Proven capability to track delivery maturity and report progress.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the delivery plan for your product group across internal, vendor and third-party workstreams.
• Track delivery maturity against the mission baseline with a clear improvement plan.
• Introduce release discipline: sequencing, testing cadence and go-live readiness.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and ensure alignment with internal standards.
• Capture, validate and resolve impediments; escalate blockers with context.
• Act as the primary contact for delivery status, risks and dependencies for the product group.
• Protect live operational windows and safety-adjacent constraints when planning releases.
• Contribute delivery data and insights to the mission's metrics and reporting.
