easyJet is seeking a Service Assurance Specialist for the Airline Operations Platform in Luton. You will operate within a Proactive Application Management capability to keep core applications stable, patched, and operationally ready, bridging technical teams and live aviation operations.

The role includes on-call duties and training for incident escalation when needed. Based in a hybrid setup with 2–3 days on site, the role offers a competitive base salary, up to 20% bonus, and staff travel

Qualifications

• Proven background in managing critical, vendor‑managed application services in live 24x7 environments.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM process knowledge including incident, problem, change and service transition.
• Clear understanding of application lifecycles, patch management, integrations and data flows.

Responsabilités

• Proactive monitoring of health trends and capacity to prevent issues before disruption.
• Apply ITIL/ITSM governance and work with vendors to maintain service ownership guardrails.
• Coordinate and manage incidents, including major incidents and out-of-hours on-call responsibilities.
