Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in control systems, automation or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of PLC and SCADA technologies.
• Experience managing engineering projects from concept to commissioning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of risk management, change control and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of PLC, SCADA and industrial automation projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout delivery.
• Monitor progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved. Manage project costs, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support design, software development, panel build, installation and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications and H&S requirements.
• Lead FAT/SAT activities and ensure successful client handover.
