Zusammenfassung

AWD online is seeking a Control Systems Engineer / PLC Programmer to design, implement and support advanced control systems across a variety of electrical applications. The role requires hands-on PLC programming and HMI/SCADA expertise, with travel across the UK for on-site activities.

You will work with project teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget, leveraging experience with multiple PLC platforms and industrial communication protocols.

Qualifikationen

Higher education in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience in industrial automation sector.
Experience with PLC programming on major platforms.
Experience with HMI/SCADA software such as Wonderware or FactoryTalk View.
Strong control system design and development knowledge.
Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus).
Ability to read electrical schematic diagrams.

Aufgaben

Design, implement and support control systems for electrical applications.
Develop and support PLC solutions across platforms (Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Siemens).
Develop and support HMI/SCADA software using Wonderware or FactoryTalk View.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Travel across the UK to support on-site activities.
