Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager within its Customer Success team. Based in London or remote, you will manage deployments, governance, and benefits realization, driving agile delivery and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.

You’ll partner with the Head of Delivery and Product Lead to optimize delivery momentum, plan continually, and mentor team members to ensure successful outcomes in a fast-paced Insurtech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially in AI/Data Science products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team follows our internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities within the team.
• Lead continual planning processes including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics and connect daily work with the product vision.
• Contribute to different phases of product delivery with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure ongoing engagement.
