Cytora, now part of Applied Systems, is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Customer Success team. You will oversee agile delivery, governance, and deployment success while coordinating internal and external resources to ensure value realization.

You’ll partner with Product Lead to drive continuous improvement, balancing delivery momentum with customer outcomes in a fast-moving Insurtech environment. Remote-friendly UK role with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading agile delivery across complex tech projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery follows internal best practices and governance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
• Drive delivery momentum and improve agile capabilities within the team.
• Lead planning processes including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer to deliver outcomes.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ongoing engagement.
