Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead agile delivery within the Customer Success team. You’ll steer stakeholder engagement, resource management, and post-launch benefits realization from our London/Remote hub.

This role combines project management excellence with a passion for AI-enabled insurance solutions. You’ll collaborate with Product and CS leaders to optimize delivery momentum, governance, and continuous improvement across deployments in a

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile delivery and project management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Track record of handling multiple projects with on-time delivery.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of technology and AI/Data Science products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries, building trust.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities.
• Lead continual planning, including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics and align work with the product vision.
• Contribute to different phases of product delivery with CS and Product Lead for improvement.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
