Overview

These are the recruitment steps and role details for Ocado Logistics. You will undergo checks and onboarding if offered the role, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities and recruitment process

• Our recruitment team will contact you to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks.
• You will be invited to tour the site, meet the team for a Q&A session, and participate in a light-touch interview.
• We will run a Disclosure Barring System (DBS) check.
• Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and begin your career with Ocado Logistics.

Driving licence requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Working patterns and pay

Shifts will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. You will receive premiums that increase average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour. All breaks are paid.
