DPD UK in Dundee is seeking a proactive customer service adviser to support parcel collections and deliveries. You’ll work with Drivers and Managers to identify issues, take ownership and resolve them promptly. The role focuses on delivery status queries, PODs, missing parcels investigations and promoting company services to customers.

Join a fast-paced team with 37.5 hours per week on a 6‑month FTC, with benefits from day one and opportunities to grow within a UK logistics leader.

Competenze

Fast-paced customer service experience.
Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
Polite and professional and willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to exceed customer expectations.
Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and initiative to solve problems.

Mansioni

Answer any queries with relation to a delivery status, and supplying Proof of Delivery (POD).
Carrying out thorough investigations for missing parcels and resolving delivery disputes.
