Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Requires GTM experience – placing ACs through to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and the US.
• Working directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Collaborating with VCs/PEs investing in startups like SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

This role is for a Delivery Consultant supporting a strategic partner to Tier 1 VCs globally.

The firm works with early-stage startups, helping them reach IPO or acquisition by building top-notch GTM and technical teams.

They are the preferred GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven record of high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
