Job Description:

Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based within commuting distance of London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

• Possess GTM experience, including placing candidates from Associate Consultant to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and the US.
• Collaborate directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Work with VCs/PEs investing in startups such as SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Focus on candidate qualification and process management.

The firm is a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs worldwide, working with early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building world-class GTM and technical teams. They are recognized as leading GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally. You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

The majority of work is retained, with salary ranges from £200k to over £5 million.
