Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based within commutable distance to London.

Basic salary - £45,000.

100% remote.

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM placement - from Associate Consultants to VP/SVP levels, working with Tier 1 VCs across Europe and the US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Engaging with VCs/PEs investing in startups such as Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused approach with strong qualification and process management skills.

This role involves working with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally, supporting early-stage startups towards IPO or acquisition by building GTM and technical functions.

The firm is recognized as a leading GTM team builder for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally.

Applicants should be well-educated, highly literate, and excellent communicators.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
