Job Description:

Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM).

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London.

Basic salary - £45,000.

100% remote.

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Account Coordinator to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

This role is with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally, working with early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition by building GTM and technical functions. The firm is a leading GTM team builder for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the startup GTM space, a proven track record in high-value placements, good education, literacy, and communication skills.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
