Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Account Coordinators to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

This role is for a Delivery Consultant supporting a firm that partners with Tier 1 VCs globally, focusing on startups from early-stage to IPO or acquisition, building GTM and technical teams. The firm is renowned for constructing GTM teams for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements in the global GTM market. Good education, literacy, and communication skills are essential.

The work is mostly retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
