Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Associate Consultant to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in start-ups including Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

This role is with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally, working with early-stage start-ups to IPO or acquisition, building GTM and technical functions.

The firm is a leading GTM team builder for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive delivery experience within the start-up GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, and salary ranges from £200k to over £5m.
