Job Description:

Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in GTM placement, working with senior roles such as ACs through to VP/SVP of Sales, within Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Engaging with VCs/PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Strong candidate qualification skills and process management, candidate-focused approach.

This role is for a Delivery Consultant supporting a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally.

The firm specializes in helping early-stage startups reach IPO or acquisition by building world-class GTM and technical functions.

They are recognized as leading GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most placements are retained, with salary ranges from £200k to over £5m.
