GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing roles from ACs to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

The firm specializes in supporting early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building world-class GTM and technical teams. They are recognized as top GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive delivery experience in the startup GTM space, with a proven record of high-value placements globally. You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most placements are retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
