Basic salary - £45,000

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Associate Consultant to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborate directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Engage with VCs/PEs investing in startups including Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

This role is with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs worldwide, working with early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building GTM and technical functions. The firm is a leading GTM team builder for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA. Ideal candidates will have extensive delivery experience in the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally. Candidates should be well-educated, highly literate, and excellent communicators. Most placements are retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
