Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based within commuting distance to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM, placing candidates from Associate Consultant to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

This role is for a Delivery Consultant supporting a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs worldwide.

The firm works with early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building GTM and technical functions.

They are the go-to GTM team builders for major Silicon Valley funds and emerging funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivery within the startup GTM space, with a proven track record in high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
