Raytheon UK in Torpoint (HMS Raleigh) is seeking a Training Designer to join the Integrated Training Design Service. The role will deliver blended learning solutions that are active, inclusive and learner-centric for Royal Navy training programs.

You will develop high-quality training content, e-learning and courseware, ensure DSAT-compliant processes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and seek accreditation opportunities while maintaining safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Learning and Development environment.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
• Experience in Training/Instructional Design.
• Familiarity with program management tools and applications.
• Knowledge of UK Ministry of Defence procedures and policies.
• Team-oriented with ability to develop creative technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training content that is active, engaging, inclusive and learner-centric.
• Ensure DSAT-compliant end-to-end training design processes with quality adherence.
• Produce high-quality training design, e-learning and courseware materials.
• Develop instructional strategy and implement changes to training programmes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and collect impact feedback.
• Identify accreditation opportunities and maintain safety and security standards.
