Qualifications

• Strong background in infrastructure, networks, or platform engineering in a complex environment.
• Experience acting as a senior technical escalation point or authority.
• Deep understanding of change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable explanations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight and approval of infrastructure, network, and platform designs.
• Review, challenge, and assure technical decisions, ensuring solutions are secure and aligned with standards.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for high‑impact or complex issues.
• Ensure documentation, architecture, and change records meet quality and compliance expectations.
• Lead strategic direction across infrastructure and network domains, monitoring performance and risks.
• Mentor network and infrastructure engineers to uphold engineering standards.
