Job summary

MASS is seeking a Technical Support Services Contract Manager to lead a high-profile defence contract on-site in Corsham, Wiltshire. You will oversee delivery, governance, and performance across technical support services, working with customer stakeholders, technical teams and senior leaders.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting and change-control experience within secure environments. On-site work and travel across the UK may be involved, with discretionary bonuses and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex service delivery, especially defence contracts.
• Strong governance, reporting and performance management background.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technical support services to the customer.
• Act as primary interface for contractual and operational matters.
• Manage contract performance against objectives and service levels.
• Provide governance through reviews and annual management assessments.
• Produce reports on technical and financial performance, staffing and health and safety.
• Lead contract change control and commercial processes.
