Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for Defence programmes across the UK, supporting cost estimates, cost models and commercial governance. You will engage with client teams, manage budgets and contribute to value engineering on complex infrastructure projects.

The role offers hybrid working, requires a UK National with SC clearance, and involves collaboration across South East, South West and Midlands with a focus on delivering timely, accurate cost information.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering
• Experience in Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways)
• Proven experience in complex estimates and cost models
• Experience in client-facing environments
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Chartered status or degree preferred

• Monitor and report project costs and forecasts
