Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director/Project Director - Quantity Surveyor for Defence, with UK MoD SC eligibility. You will lead end-to-end cost management, interface with clients and consultants, and drive value across complex programmes.

The role offers hybrid working, 60% client site/office presence, and development opportunities within a global firm that supports major defence and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
• Membership of a relevant professional body with chartered status preferred.
• Experience in Defence and major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management across Defence commissions.
• Manage feasibility studies and procurement reports.
• Oversee cost planning, post-contract cost reporting and final accounts.
• Interface with the client and other consultants to deliver value.
• Lead a cost management team when required and develop new business.
• Hybrid working with time on client sites/offices.
