Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Technical Services Coordinator to support the safe, compliant delivery of facilities management at Porton Down. You will coordinate building services compliance, review inspection reports and ensure remedials are actioned, while maintaining auditable records and supporting Safe Systems of Work planning.

Qualifications

Previous administration experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, COSHH and RIDDOR.

Responsibilities

Coordinate compliance activity relating to building services and review inspection reports.
Ensure statutory remedials are identified and actioned, and drive close-out of actions.
Maintain auditable compliance records and upload O&M documentation after works.
Support planning and coordination under JSP 375 Safe Systems of Work with suppliers.
Contribute to facilities projects and continuous improvement to improve service delivery.
