Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and ENGIE, is seeking a Technical Services Coordinator for DSTL Porton Down. The role focuses on coordinating compliance activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting safety systems within a Defence environment.

You will liaise with DSTL end users, Facilities Managers and contractors, ensuring timely close-out of actions while upholding high standards of service and safety. UK nationals 18+ and SC clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Strong coordination skills coordinating subcontractor works and site access.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, clients and senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of COSHH and RIDDOR and safety best practices.
• Willingness to work toward SMTS and obtain SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance activities relating to building services.
• Review inspection reports and certifications for accuracy.
• Identify and action statutory remedials and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain auditable compliance records and O&M documentation.
• Support planning under JSP 375 Safe Systems of Work with partners.
