Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is recruiting for a Contract Quality Manager supporting the DSTL Salisbury site. The role focuses on maintaining and improving quality across the contract, delivering the EM02 audit programme, and coordinating audits with auditees and client representatives.

You will drive non-conformance resolution and continuous improvement initiatives, using data to inform actions and reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality management principles and standards.
• Experience with audits, corrective actions, problem solving and continual improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyse data for trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Quality Audit Programme and coordinate audits with auditees and client representatives.
• Manage audit actions, address non-conformances and drive improvements.
• Work with operational teams to identify and resolve issues at the point of audit; embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and escalate safety concerns; ensure actions are tracked through to completion.
• Produce clear contractual and internal reports; analyse performance to highlight risks and deficiencies to senior management.
