Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Contract Quality Manager for an on-site, permanent role at DSTL, Salisbury. You will lead the EM02 audit programme, coordinate audits with auditees and client representatives, and drive corrective actions to improve quality and safety across the contract.

You will analyze performance data, generate reports, and support governance through the Forward Additional Service Plan.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality management principles and standards.
• Experience with audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ability to extract, manipulate and analyse data to identify trends and risks.
• Knowledge of DIO EM/02 and CAFM systems such as Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Lead EM02 audit programme and coordinate audits with auditees and client reps.
• Manage audit actions and ensure non-conformances are addressed.
• Produce contractual and internal reports and identify performance risks.
• Own the Annual Quality Audit Programme and ensure QMS is maintained and improved.
• Collaborate with Technical Compliance and client representatives to support governance.
