Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Contract Quality Manager to maintain and improve quality across the contract in a Defence environment. You will lead the EM02 audit programme, coordinate audits with auditees and client representatives, and ensure non-conformances are addressed.

You’ll work with operations to identify issues at audit points, push for continuous improvement, and raise safety concerns with appropriate actions tracked to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality management principles and standards.
• Experience with audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EM02 audit programme, coordinating audits with auditees and client reps.
• Identify, track and close non-conformances and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce clear contractual and internal reports, analysing performance data to identify risks and trends.
• Own the Annual Quality Audit Programme and ensure QMS processes are implemented and improved.
