Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Change and Transformation Consultant to support Defence Programme Performance across the UK. The team works on major programmes shaping national infrastructure, defence capability, transport networks, and digital transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational, business, digital or technology change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing abilities.
• Experience developing and delivering change management plans and interventions.
• Ability to assess organisational impacts and readiness.
• Understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience working within project or programme environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored change management strategies and plans aligned with programme objectives.
• Assess organisational readiness and identify actions required to support successful adoption.
• Analyse the people, process, technology and organisational impacts of change initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and develop engagement strategies.
• Design and deliver effective communication plans that articulate purpose, benefits and impacts of change.
• Identify training and development requirements and support learning interventions.
• Measure readiness and adoption throughout programme delivery and support benefits realisation.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
