Turner & Townsend is expanding its Defence Logistics Team to deliver end-to-end planning, procurement and delivery strategies for major projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, designing solutions that improve efficiency, governance and asset tracking across Defence infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of logistics principles and processes.
• Experience with S&OP and JIT delivery.
• Understanding of CDM regulations and project planning stages.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Defence background is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key client deliverables within an integrated project team.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Contribute to bid proposals and business development.
• Support development of integrated logistics strategies for Defence projects.
• Provide strategic consultancy on logistics and supply chain management.
• Mentor and line-manage junior staff where applicable.
• Support governance, asset tracking, and life-cycle logistics planning.
